According to report shared by a Facebook user,a car veered off the road and landed into water.Lives were lost.However, a lady survived the incident.Below is what the FB user wrote….
‘Their car fell inside water but she survived it. She’s from ubomiri and was married in ogwa. Lets thank God almighty for that’.
