The notorious serial killer, Grecious David West was today September 30th, 2019, Arrested by the police in Rivers. The 26years old killer from Buguma Local Government of Rivers State,
Who is also the a strong member of the Degbam cult group.
He was arrested along East-West Road enroutetl to Uyo from Port Harcourt.
He has since made useful statement to the police.
